Payment and Shipping

We accept most credit and debit cards and PayPal. Once you place your order, we aim to despatch your item as soon as possible. Free shipping is available on all items and has a standard delivery time of 7-10 working days (so weekends and bank holidays don't count). However, we don't offer free shipping during peak or sale periods, for example during holidays or lockdowns etc. For a small fee, you can prioritise your shipment and "get it faster". You can expect your purchase to arrive in 4-6 working days. Certain items can be delivered "express" (1-3 working days) and "next working day". If you have chosen this option and for whatever reason we cannot fulfil your purchase, we will try to let you know within 1 working day.
