Returns 

If you purchased a product and change your mind at the time you receive it, you may return it for a refund within 14 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be returned unworn, unbrushed, complete with tags and original packaging and lace intact. No refunds will be issued for wigs that show signs of use, have been brushed or have acquired additional odours. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs and hairpieces that show signs of having been worn, cut, 

• Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 28 days of purchase date.

• Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the returned products are received by Anin Bontche.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not provided by Anin Bontche.

• Refunds may take 3-4 business days to process once Anin Bontche,has received the returned product.

• Please keep the tracking number of returned product(s) for delivery verification. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
